Putting it all out there

If my goal is to get healthier and stay that way, I need to make my goals public. After all, if I am stick with them, wouldn't it be better if there was someone to hold me accountable? Right now, I've let myself go. I've gained back about 7 of the 20 pounds I lost in 2010. I have let my eating habits plummet and in turn my fitness has hit rock bottom. I have listed my end result goals first. Then, of course, there are my real time stats.  I think a realistic goal is 6 months to drop the 27 pounds...that's an average of a little less than 5 pounds a month. Completely doable. I will post my first workout when I officially start.

Goal Stats

Weight: 130 pounds
Muscle: Look more toned/defined
Eating Habits: Kick the junk food habit. Allow myself one indulgent treat (pudding, soda, ice cream, etc.) a day. 100 calories or less. Also work my average calorie count to around 1400, sustained. Be able to estimate calorie counts fairly accurately.
Fitness: Be able to run 1.5 miles 10 minutes or less. Complete 45 sit ups in 1 min. Complete 30 consecutive push ups. Run 300 m sprint in 50 seconds.

Starting Stats

Weight: 154 pounds
Muscle: Non-existent. Flabby appearance.
Eating Habits: Awful. Eat ok breakfast, balanced lunch, terrible with dinner. Excessive munching and boredom eating.
Fitness: Severely lacking. Couldn't run 1 mile without stopping if I had to.
